St. Xavier's School Rajpur is run by the Jesuits of Madhya Pradesh Province. They are the members of the Society of Jesus, founded by St. Ignatius of Loyola (Spain). The MAP Jesuits is a registered Society and is a charitable institution. This Registered Society has the Governing Body and it has the sole authority in policy and decison making of the school. The responsibility of day-to-day running of the school is vested in the Principal together with the Superior, Manager and the Managing Committee and the local Jesuit Community. The school is totally unaided and hence does not recieve any grants-in-aid from any Government. The financial aspect of the school is managed by the different fees collected from students' parents and guardians.
